Our stocks are available with factory sized barrel channel contours, depending on the action model. Because of machining and fixturing limitations, we are unable to accommodate requests for custom barrel channel contours. However, on stocks machined with a 96% inlet, we are able to provide, as an option, either a 1/2", 3/4", 1", or 1-1/4" straight barrel channel groove on request.
LOP can be brought out to 14 3/4" without a recoil pad installed (14-week delivery)
We can leave extra wood in any exterior area of the stock for a higher comb, finger groves, etc.

Old Classic #102 Style

Description

This beautiful Classic with its graceful lines is a modern version of a traditional Classic. For that modern, streamlined appearance, the Modern Classic includes Rosewood Tip & Cap with white line Maple spacers, and a swept tip and full grip. For those who prefer the more conservative style, it has been designed to use a Neidner Steel Buttplate. If using a steel grip cap, you can remove the palm swell and 1/4″ of excessive wood in front of the full grip for a more “swept look.” This Classic style can be shaped out of our Custom Rollover by cutting the comb down and cutting the grip back 3/8″.
